Dr Michelle Caudwell

Michelle is an Orthopaedic surgeon who treats complex shoulder and elbow conditions, including general hand and traumatic injuries.

 

She is the current Acting Director of Orthopaedics at Redcliffe Hospital and is involved in numerous quality improvement projects, committees, and working groups. She has a clinical interest in shoulder arthroplasty, and the care of the female patient, and is well versed in the specific needs and issues that arise in this patient population.

 

She is motivated to achieve optimal care and outcomes for her patients through accurate assessment, discussion and education of options (including non operative management), and supporting her patients through the entire journey with a teams based approach.
