John Flynn Private Hospital is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Momin Sid who joins the hospital from the 6th July as a Palliative Medicine Physician.
Dr Sid graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree at University of San Agustin, Philippines in 2002 and a Doctor of Medicine Degree at Xavier University, Philippines in 2006.
He was an Intern at the Gold Coast Hospital from 2008-2014 where he completed his Resident Medical Officer and Physician training. From 2014-2016, Dr Sid then completed his Palliative Medicine Advance Training, at Gold Coast Hospital, Redcliffe Hospital and Greenslopes Private Hospital.
Dr Sid is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and Australasian Chapter of Palliative Medicine. He is also an Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management and has a Master of Health Management at the University of New England in NSW.
Dr Sid is available for in-patient and out-patient consultations. He will commence consultations from the 6th July, then weekly every Thursday thereafter.
