Dr Mooska Raoofi (She/Her)

Dr Mooska Raoofi graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2011 and went on to complete her specialist Obstetrics and Gynaecology training at the Royal Women’s Hospital before undertaking a further 3 years in prestigious subspecialty training in Urogynaecology, including an overseas fellowship at Cambridge University Hospitals (NHS), where she focused on advanced pelvic floor surgery, functional urology, pelvic pain management, and robotic-assisted gynaecology. 

She has expertise in the management of pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, bladder pain syndrome, mesh complications, and complex voiding disorders. Her practice includes a full range of conservative, procedural, and surgical treatment options, including minimally invasive techniques, sacral neuromodulation, and advanced pelvic reconstructive surgery. 

In addition to her clinical work, Dr Raoofi is actively involved in teaching, research, and quality improvement. She contributes to national and international meetings, is engaged in ongoing research in pelvic floor surgery and continence care and is passionate about enhancing patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.

Known for her warm manner, clear communication, and collaborative approach, Dr Raoofi works closely with each patient to develop personalised care plans that respect individual goals, values, and lifestyle. 

Outside of medicine, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her partner and two young children.
