Mr Frost is an adult and paediatric hip and knee surgeon providing comprehensive, outcomes-based care to patients of all ages. His practice within The Orthopaedic Group WA offers convenient access to onsite imaging and allied health services, ensuring efficient and coordinated patient management. He is available for urgent over-the-phone advice and has implemented streamlined pre-consultation investigation protocols, allowing patients to receive the most appropriate and timely care while minimising the need for repeat visits. His secretary can facilitate urgent appointments, as well as single-day assessments and follow-up telehealth appointments for rural and remote patients to reduce unnecessary travel.
Background and Training
Mr Frost completed his specialist Orthopaedic Surgery training in Perth, which included six months working in charity hospitals, broadening his clinical exposure and surgical experience. He subsequently undertook a Fellowship in hip and knee replacement surgery and periacetabular osteotomy with Dr Michael Solomon at Sydney Orthopaedic Specialists, Prince of Wales Hospitals (Sydney, NSW). He then completed a Paediatric Orthopaedic Fellowship under Professor David Little at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, where he further developed specialised expertise in non-arthroplasty management of complex adolescent hip conditions. Following his Fellowships, Mr Frost returned to Perth to join the team at Hollywood Orthopaedic Group, now known as The Orthopaedic Group WA.
