Dr Nicholas Hill

Born and raised in Rockhampton, Dr Hill is a dedicated General Paediatrician providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children and families across Central Queensland.  He trained as a Paediatrician at the Queensland Children's Hospital, with additional placements across North, Central and South-East Queensland.

Dr Hill completed his undergraduate degrees at the University of Queensland and Central Queensland University, and holds an academic appointment as Senior Lecturer with the University of Queensland.  He currently works at Rockhampton Hospital and provides outreach clinics to Yeppoon and Emerald Hospitals, reflecting his commitment to providing specialist care in rural and regional communities.

With a broad scope of experience, Dr Hill manages a wide range of paediatric issues - from newborn care and developmental concerns to complex medical conditions.  He is passionate about building strong therapeutic relationships with families and working collaboratively with GPs to improve the health of his local community.
