About
Dr Pathma-Nathan is a General Surgeon with subspecialty training in advanced laparoscopic techniques and robotic surgery. He obtained his Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in General Surgery in 2000 and Fellowship of the Colorectal Surgical Society in 2002. He trained at Westmead, Concord and Royal Prince Alfred hospitals in Sydney, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Adelaide, Tralee General Hospital in Ireland and the Manchester Royal Infirmary in the UK.
Dr Pathma-Nathan has had numerous teaching and administrative roles in public and private hospitals. He continues to be a supervisor of training and is the Lead Clinician for the Colorectal Cancer Group for Western Sydney. He is actively involved in teaching for undergraduate, post-graduate and post-fellowship students.
