Dr Chaudhary is a Pain Medicine Physician who provides assessment and management of acute and persistent pain conditions.
He completed his medical degree in India and undertook advanced specialist training in Pain Medicine in North Queensland, Australia. He was
awarded Fellowship of the Faculty of Pain Medicine, Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FFPMANZCA) in 2024, and is also a
Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
Dr Chaudhary practises within a multidisciplinary environment and is involved in pain management services at Sunshine Coast University
Hospital. He also contributes to the training of junior doctors.
His practice includes interventional procedures, such as image-guided injections, nerve blocks and radiofrequency techniques, where clinically
appropriate.
Dr Chaudhary’s approach includes medication review and optimisation as part of a broader pain management plan, including opioid stewardship and alternative strategies where appropriate.
