About
A/Prof Paul Cozzi graduated from the University of NSW in 1990. He completed his Urology training and obtained the FRACS in 1999.
He has a major interest in clinical and laboratory based cancer research and completed a Masters in Surgery in 1998. He obtained 2 years of fellowship training in Urologic Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Care Center in New York. Paul's expertise in prostate cancer treatment includes the latest techniques pioneering nerve sparing surgery with open and robotic surgery to optimise cure rates whilst mantaining erectile function.
Paul has published widely, including several landmark papers in international journals of excellence and book chapters with more than 100 peer reviewed publications to date. He is very active in research and serves on the editorial board of several medical journals including the Australian and New Zealand Journal Of Surgery.
