Dr Peter Lorentzos

Dr Peter Lorentzos is an Australian trained Orthopaedic Surgeon with an interest in knee and hip arthroplasty, sports knee injuries, and trauma.

Peter was born in Sydney. He completed his medical degree at The University of Sydney in 2007, following obtaining a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in 1996.  He undertook his Orthopaedic Specialist Training in NSW with placements at several tertiary centres including Royal Prince Alfred and Westmead Hospitals.

He is a Visiting Medical Officer at Westmead Hospital, Gosford Hospital and Wyong Hospital, as well as Westmead Private and Lakeview Private Hospital. His private rooms are located at Westmead, North Strathfield and Lakeview.

Peter is the Chief Medical Officer for the Wests Tigers Rugby League club and has a longstanding interest in sports and sporting injuries.

He has published several papers in peer-reviewed medical journals.  Peter’s patients and colleagues regard him as thorough and approachable.
