Clinical Practice
Dr Richard Pemberton is a Specialist Urological Surgeon with extensive experience in da Vinci robotic surgery. He has a strong clinical focus on robotic and laparoscopic urological surgery, uro-oncology, and the management of renal, prostate, and bladder cancers. His expertise also includes prostate biopsy, as well as endourology and the treatment of urinary stones, with a commitment to delivering advanced, minimally invasive care and improving patient outcomes.
Background & Training
Dr Richard Pemberton obtained his undergraduate medical degree from the University of Western Australia and completed his postgraduate training in Urological Surgery in Perth, Western Australia. He further advanced his expertise with a Fellowship in Laparoscopic Urological Surgery and Endourology in Edinburgh, UK. Dr Pemberton is accredited at Hollywood Private Hospital as well as other private institutions across Perth, and he is an active member of several professional organisations, including the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand, the Endourological Society, the Australian Medical Association, and the European Association of Urology.
