She has a clinical focus in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery for endometriosis, pelvic pain, and complex gynaecological conditions, with a strong focus on multidisciplinary care.

She is also deeply engaged in clinical research, including randomised controlled trials, and has presented widely at national and international conferences (AGES, ISUOG, RANZCOG, ESC). Her research interests include minimally invasive gynaecological surgery, endometriosis, and surgical education.

A passionate teacher and mentor, Dr Wani lectures at Western Sydney University and the University of Notre Dame, facilitates laparoscopic workshops with AGES and SWAPS, and contributes to RANZCOG surgical training programs.

Dr Wani is a caring and empathetic clinician who places her patients at the centre of every decision.
