Education and Early Career

Raised in rural North-East Victoria, Dr Clark completed her medical degree at the University of Sydney. She studied at the School of Rural Health in Dubbo through the NSW Rural Doctors Network Cadetship and undertook junior doctor training at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. She then completed the General Surgery training program in Newcastle and Central Coast NSW, obtaining her Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2019.

 

Advanced Training and Fellowships

Dr Clark completed a one-year ASU and colorectal fellowship on the NSW Central Coast before completing the two-year BreastSurgANZ-accredited Post Fellowship Training Program.  She first trained as a Breast and Endocrine Fellow at Concord Repatriation General Hospital, followed by a Breast Fellowship at Chris O’Brien Lifehouse Sydney, where she gained expertise in oncoplastic, implant reconstruction and breast reduction surgery. She also holds a Master of Surgery (University of Sydney) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Onco-Aesthetic Breast Surgery (UK).

 

Consultant Experience and Return to Albury-Wodonga

Dr Clark worked as a Consultant VMO General Surgeon in Orange, NSW, for two years, gaining additional experience in general, breast, and endocrine surgery in a rural setting. Drawn back to Albury-Wodonga due to family ties, she now provides specialist surgical care to regional patients with a commitment to accessible, high-quality treatment.
