About
Dr Sarah Ajari is a Consultant Psychiatrist and Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. She provides comprehensive psychiatric assessment and evidence based treatment for adults experiencing a broad range of mental health conditions.
Dr Ajari completed her psychiatry training within Northern Sydney Local Health District. She has extensive experience across inpatient and community psychiatry in both public and private settings. Her clinical interests include mood disorders (depression and bipolar disorder), psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders and OCD.
Dr Ajari takes a collaborative, compassionate and patient centred approach to care, working closely with patients, their families and other treating clinicians to develop individualised treatment plans that support long term recovery and wellbeing.
Alongside her private practice, Dr Ajari works as a Visiting Medical Officer across Sydney and and Western Sydney Local Health Districts.
