Dr Seow (Foong) Loh

Waverley Private Hospital is pleased to introduce Mr Foong Loh, a general surgeon with advanced training in breast surgery. Based in Southeast
Melbourne, Foong holds appointments in both public and private hospitals.

He brings extensive expertise in the management of breast cancer and benign breast conditions, offering advanced procedures such as breast
reconstruction, therapeutic mammoplasty, lipofilling, and chest wall flaps. Foong is also accredited in breast ultrasound and image-guided biopsies.
Foong completed his medical degree at the University of New South Wales and holds a Master of Surgery from the University of Sydney. He undertook
specialist training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and completed breast surgery fellowships in Sydney and at the Edinburgh Breast Unit in the UK.

Since 2014, Foong has served as a consultant surgeon at Monash Health, member of Breast SurgANZ, he works closely with a multidisciplinary team
to deliver personalised, compassionate care.
