Dr Raza (MBBS, FCPS, FRANZCR, EBIR) is a Radiologist with an interest in endovascular and interventional radiology. He is currently a Visiting Medical Officer in Interventional Radiology at Nepean and Royal North Shore Hospitals and holds practice privileges at several eminent private hospitals.
He completed advanced subspecialty training in Body Imaging followed by Interventional Radiology at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada. His 25 years practice, spanning several countries, focuses on delivering cutting-edge, minimally invasive treatments that provide effective alternatives to surgery and support multidisciplinary patient care.
Dr Raza is committed to advancing interventional radiology through clinical excellence, collaboration with referring specialists, and patient-centred care.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Raza has contributed to the profession through leadership roles, including serving as a Councillor for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) and as a member of the College’s Interventional Radiology Committee.
He is the founder of, Interventional Radiology Associates Sydney, that brings a group of passionate and dedicated experts together to offer patients the highest quality of care across a wide geographical area in close collaboration with other high calibre medical & surgical specialists.
