About
Dr Sunil Gupta is a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist with an interest in Interventional Endoscopy. He has completed three prestigious Interventional Endoscopy fellowships at Princess Alexandra Hospital (Brisbane; 2021), Westmead Hospital (Sydney; 2022) and St Michael’s Hospital, Toronto (Canada; 2023-2024). He is sub-specialized in complex luminal and hepato-pancreatobiliary interventional endoscopy, with a wide-skillset that includes Gastroscopy, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, EMR, ESD & POEM.
Dr Gupta is passionate about academia and teaching, having completed a Master of Public Health (UNSW) and is nearing completion of a PhD on 'Innovations in Upper GI tissue resection'. He has published widely (H-index 19), and sits on numerous national and international committees.
