Clinical Practice
Dr Sunny Lee is a Specialist Urological Surgeon who is dedicated to delivering optimal surgical solutions and treatments for patients experiencing urological symptoms. In addition to his private practice, he serves as a consultant urology surgeon at Royal Perth Hospital. Dr. Lee focuses on a range of procedures, including open radical prostatectomy, ureteroscopy & lasertripsy, nephrectomy, BMG urethroplasty, TURP, GreenLight laser prostatectomy, pyeloplasty, laser urethrotomy, Nesbit’s operation, nephroureterectomy, hydrocele repair, bilateral vasectomy, and TURBT for bladder cancer. Currently holding a consultant urologist position at Royal Perth Hospital, Dr. Lee has previously contributed his expertise to Fremantle Hospital and Rockingham Hospital. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, he ensures effective communication with a diverse patient population.
Background & Training
Dr. Sunny Lee earned his medical degree from the University of Western Australia (UWA) and completed his medical training within the Tertiary Teaching hospital system of Western Australia. Driven by a passion for reconstruction urology, including Urethroplasty and Urological oncology, he pursued advanced training in the United Kingdom. Dr. Lee undertook two fellowships at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, further honing his skills and expertise in the field.
