About
Dr Rizvi has a strong subspecialty focus on comprehensive breast care, including breast cancer surgery, Level I and II oncoplastic breast procedures, and reconstruction, working closely within multidisciplinary teams to ensure oncological safety and optimal functional and aesthetic outcomes.
In addition to breast surgery, his scope of practice includes endocrine surgery (thyroid and parathyroid), general surgery, and upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopy. He is GESA-certified in endoscopy and is actively involved in both elective and emergency surgical care.
Education
Dr Ali Rizvi is a Fellowship-trained Consultant General, Endocrine and Breast Oncoplastic Surgeon with extensive experience across major metropolitan and regional Australian hospitals. He holds FRACS (General Surgery), a Master of Advanced Surgery (Breast Surgery) from the University of Sydney and has completed accredited BreastSurgANZ fellowship training.
