About
Dr Tau Boga is a Specialist Cardiologist with an interest in non-invasive cardiac imaging and invasive cardiac imaging (TOE). He joined Advara HeartCare (formerly owned by GenesisCare) in March 2014. He completed his cardiology training in Wellington Hospital, New Zealand in 2007 and underwent subspeciality training at The Prince Charles Hospital in cardiac ultrasound (echocardiography, transoesophageal echocardiography and stress echo) as well as CT coronary angiography.
He subsequently worked at Nambour Hospital as a Staff Cardiologist before returning to New Zealand working as a Specialist Cardiologist where he was able to perform all aspects of his training. He was also senior lecturer to medical students enrolled with the Otago University.
Dr Boga practices at Advara HeartCare located in the Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital and consults at Nambour Public Hospital. He also regularly consults in Gympie.
