Dr Trixie Rasmuson

Born in the Yukon Territory of Canada, Dr Rasmuson completed her studies in science and philosophy at the University of Calgary before pursuing a career in medicine. She undertook her surgical specialty training in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and subsequently established a practice in Fredericton, New Brunswick, providing high- and low-risk obstetrics alongside general gynaecology.

 

After relocating to Australia, Dr Rasmuson focused her practice exclusively on gynaecology and reproductive medicine. In 2011, she founded Care Gynaecology, where she and her team support patients experiencing infertility, menstrual disorders, menopausal concerns, pre-cancerous cervical changes and pelvic organ prolapse.

 

Dr Rasmuson also works as the Regional Clinical Director for Monash IVF, which delivers infertility and IVF services locally. Dr Rasmuson is committed to offering a warm, supportive and compassionate environment for all patients and their families.

 

Dr Rasmuson lives on a rural property just outside Albury with her husband and their three energetic sons.
