About
Dr Vanessa Rees is an Australian-trained Gastroenterologist. She completed advanced medical training in the field of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at The Sutherland and St George Hospitals. Prior to this she undertook her foundation medical training in the Illawarra Region.
Vanessa is excited to be practicing in the Sutherland Shire, where she grew up.
She delivers a caring, patient focused approach to her management of patients with all gastrointestinal conditions, including General Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Functional Gastrointestinal disorders.
Dr Rees performs gastroscopy and colonoscopy at Kareena Private Hospital under the "No-Gap" system offered by most health funds.
