Dr Victoria Matheson

Dr Victoria Matheson studied Medicine at St. Bartholomew’s and the Royal London School of medicine in the United Kingdom. 

Victoria is an enthusiastic and hardworking doctor. She puts the care of her patients and their families at the forefront of her approach to her work. She has interests in all aspects of general paediatrics, paediatric emergency medicine, behavioural and developmental paediatrics. Through her training she is an expert in the care of newborns through to adolescents presenting with urgent or emergency problems.

Victoria holds academic titles with both Bond University and The University of Queensland and is actively involved with research in paediatrics through the Paediatric Research in Emergency Departments International Collaborative (PREDICT) network. In 2015 she completed a Master of Public Health with a focus on childhood obesity.
