Dr Wasing Taggu

Clinical Practice:

Dr Taggu combines clinical excellence with a strong commitment to patient-centred care based on compassion, mutual respect, and patient centred care in a welcoming, and inclusive environment. His efforts were recognised with two national awards in the UK for excellence in patient care and he was named as Consultant of the Year at JHC in 2024.

 

He is also an active academic with research interests in interventional cardiology, device therapy, cardiac imaging, and gender-based cardiovascular outcomes. In addition to presentations at international conferences / prestigious publications, he is a member of several European Society of Cardiology (ESC) Working Groups, which aim to advance education, foster scientific collaboration, and support the translation of research into clinical practice, ultimately enhancing patient care and reducing the burden of cardiovascular disease.
