About
Dr Wenjie Zhong is a Consultant Urologist in Sydney. Australian-trained, and he was the first to achieve robotic surgeon certification through the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) SET program. He completed an advanced fellowship in Uro-Oncology at a high-volume centre within the North Bristol Trust in the UK, linked with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Dr Zhong has experience in both general urology and uro-oncology. Clinical interests include management of kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia, lower urinary tract symptoms, and haematuria. He performs laser stone surgery, TURP, and offers the Uromune vaccine for recurrent UTIs.
He treats prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular cancers, with a special focus on male urethral reconstruction and continence procedures. Additionally, he manages erectile dysfunction and performs penile prosthesis insertions.
