Dr Xiaoqian Wang

Xiaoqian has a long-standing interest in reproductive medicine and advances in infertility treatment. After obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine in China, Xiaoqian completed two Master’s degrees (Master of Clinical Embryology and Master of Reproductive Sciences) at Monash University. She then worked for four years as a laboratory/clinical researcher in the Discipline of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Adelaide, where she researched novel infertility treatments. Xiaoqian has published several peer-reviewed international papers in reproductive medicine. She completed her obstetrics and gynaecology specialist training in the St George Network, Sydney, including two years of fertility training with IVF Australia. Recently, she obtained a third Master’s Degree in Reproductive Medicine from the University of New South Wales Sydney. Xiaoqian is looking forward to helping her patients achieve their dream of having a baby through an individualised approach, utilising her clinical and academic expertise. In addition, Xiaoqian has particular interests in obstetric care and management of general gynaecological conditions such as fibroid, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS).
