About
Dr Yasir Khan is a general physician with additional training in gastroenterology and peri-operative medicine.
He completed his MBBS in 2006 in Pakistan and moved to Australia in 2007. He undertook physician training at the Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney and advanced physician training in Wollongong Hospital and Frankston Hospitals.
Yasir completed his Fellowship rotating through multiple specialities with a focus on general medicine, gastroenterology and peri-operative medicine. He has an interest in complex care medicine, undifferentiated medical illnesses and chronic disease.
Yasir has now settled on the Mornington Peninsula and is focused on building bonds with the community, local general practitioners and subspecialists. His current appointments are at Beleura and Peninsula Private Hospitals.
