Dr. Arvind Sahu

Dr Sahu is a Medical Oncologist dedicated to improving cancer care. His medical career began in 2006 when he earned his MBBS degree.

His passion for medicine led him to go on to complete an MD in Internal Medicine and then pursue training at one of Asia's top cancer hospitals.
There he gained deep expertise in treating both adults and children with cancer.  In 2015 he earned his Doctorate in Medical Oncology.

After moving to Australia he furthered his training at the Peter MacCallum Centre where he gained extensive experience in early-stage trials focused on gastrointestinal, breast and lung cancers.

Before leaving India, Dr Sahu worked as a Medical Oncologist at a rural cancer centre in India. This experience provided him with deep insights into the unique challenges of delivering high quality cancer caree in rural settings and hence his dedication to bring this experience to patients in the Goulburn Valley.

Dr Sahu is passionate and deeply committed to the field of precision medicine, a modern approach that tailors cancer treatment to the unique genetic makeup of each patient.
