Jessica is a dedicated Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about supporting clients of all ages with a variety of presentations and needs. She has strong interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, neurodiversity, and parenting challenges as well as those requiring child and family support.
Jessica provides high-quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions. She has a client-focused approach, incorporating individual needs, strengths and goals. Jessica’s therapeutic interventions include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, solution- and emotion-focused therapies, and mindfulness.
Jessica is an experienced Clinical Psychologist and supports clients of all ages and various presentations. She achieved her Bachelor of Psychology with Honours, and Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology.
