Kellie is a warm and passionate psychologist, dedicated to supporting adolescents through their unique challenges.
Kellie is experienced in supporting youth experiencing anxiety, depression, alcohol and drug misuse, self-harm and school refusal.
Kellie’s approach is empathetic and nurturing, ensuring that each young person feels heard, understood, and valued. She is committed to fostering a safe and positive environment where adolescents can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop the skills they need to thrive. Kellie has experience working with evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Future Orientated Therapy.
Kellie has over 15 years of experience working across various settings including within the Education Department, not-for-profit organisations, homelessness and outpatient settings.
Kellie holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts Psychology and Criminology.
