Lisa Batson

Lisa is the Program Manager at Ramsay Clinic Beleura and is a clinical psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor. She has extensive experience working in private practice, hospitals, university and school settings as well as a specialist DBT clinic.

Lisa provides psychological assessment and treatment services to older adolescents and adults. She is highly trained and experienced in utilising a wide range of assessment measures and therapeutic strategies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques and Schema Therapy. Lisa's areas of interest include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, ASD, OCD, personality and trauma-related disorders and alcohol and drug addiction.

Lisa runs both inpatient and outpatient groups at Ramsay Clinic Beleura. Lisa believes group therapy is beneficial for social support, learning new coping skills and self-reflection. Lisa has an empathetic and welcoming approach to help clients feel at ease in a therapeutic setting.
