Clinical Practice

Mr Andrej Nikoloski is a locally trained Orthopaedic Surgeon with expertise in foot and ankle surgery, as well as ankle and knee joint replacement. He has recently expanded his skill set with advanced training in robotic-assisted knee replacement systems. Mr Nikoloski is committed to evidence-based care and ongoing professional development, regularly attending national and international meetings to stay at the forefront of contemporary orthopaedic practice. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society and currently serves as Treasurer of the Western Australian Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society. Mr Nikoloski holds public appointments at Osborne Park Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, SJOG Midland Public.

 

Background & Training

Mr Nikoloski graduated as Dux of Perth Modern School in 1998 before completing his medical degree (MBBS Hons) at the University of Western Australia in 2003. He undertook his internship at Royal Perth Hospital and completed the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons Basic Surgical Training program from 2004–2007. He was then selected for the RACS/AOA Advanced Orthopaedic Surgery Training program, completing his training in 2014 and attaining Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) and Fellowship of the Australian Orthopaedic Association (FAOrthA). In 2015, Mr Nikoloski completed an AOA-accredited Foot and Ankle Fellowship, training under nationally and internationally recognised specialists at the North Sydney Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Clinic and North Shore Private Hospital, further refining his subspecialty expertise.
