About
Mr MacLeod is a Specialist General surgeon who has been consulting and operating in Northeast Victoria since 2016. He studied at the University of Melbourne, and subsequently trained at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Launceston General Hospital, The Northern Hospital and locally at Wangaratta Hospital as a surgical registrar.
His consulting rooms are located at The Consulting Suite, Wangaratta Private Hospital, 134-150 Templeton Street, Wangaratta. Mr MacLeod also consults in Yarrawonga.
Mr MacLeod performs a wide variety of surgery, including:
- Breast Cancer Surgery
- Gallbladder Surgery
- Hernia Surgery
- Gastroscopy
- Colonoscopy
- Vasectomy
- Carpal Tunnel Surgery
- Skin cancer surgery
Mr MacLeod also holds an appointment at the University of Melbourne in a teaching role for medical students and junior medical staff. He is also heavily involved in the teaching of the next generation of doctors and trainee surgeons who rotate through Northeast Health Wangaratta.
