Mr Jonathan Lewin

Waverley Private Hospital would like to introduce Mr Jonathan Lewin an experienced urologist with over 10 years as head of unit in Albury Wodonga, before opening his practice in Glen Waverley.

He manages all aspects of urological care including oncology, complex stone disease, prosthetics, and vasectomy reversal. He is a high-volume prostate cancer surgeon performing over 60 prostatectomies per year.

Jonathan initially trained in the UK, where he completed his doctorate in uro-oncology, before moving to Melbourne to complete his subspecialist training. He holds urological fellowships from both the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the Royal Australian College of Surgeons.

He lives in Mount Waverley with his wife and two children, who attend Wesley College.

Jonathan prides himself on his bedside manner and approachability for patients and colleagues, being readily available by phone whenever required. He holds a public appointment at Austin Health, whilst continuing to offer an outreach
service to communities in north-eastern Victoria.

He has no waiting list for either consults or surgery.
