Mr Zoltan Hrabovszky

We are delighted to welcome General and Laparoscopic Surgeon, Mr Zoltan Hrabovszky, who has commenced consulting locally and operating at Waverley Private Hospital.

Born in Pecs, Hungary, Zoltan obtained his medical and surgery degrees in Hungary and completed further training in General Surgery and Paediatric Surgery before emigrating to Australia in 1997. He received his Doctorate in Medicine from The
University of Melbourne in 2004. Mr Hrabovszky’s surgical training continued at the Royal Children’s, Monash Medical Centre, The Austin, St Vincent’s, Box Hill and Dandenong Hospitals. He then completed his Fellowship in General Surgery in 2010.

Although Zoltan’s main speciality is General Surgery, he has a special interest in Colorectal and Paediatric/Adolescent Surgery.
