About
Dr Michael Whitby qualified as a Consultant Physician in Internal Medicine before moving overseas to gain further training and experience in clinical infectious diseases and laboratory microbiology, working in Glasgow, Nottingham and Nairobi. He returned to Australia to establish the Department of Infectious Diseases at Princess Alexandra Hospital.
