Prof Paul Moroz

Clinical Practice:

Prof. Paul Moroz has commenced full time practice at Joondalup Health Campus for both public and private patients on a no gap basis, together with an academic appointment at the University of Western Australia. Prof. Moroz's practice will provide a comprehensive service in emergency and elective General Surgery with interest in Hepatobiliary surgery. He has recently commenced a surgical list at Glengarry Private Hospital one day a month (on a Tuesday)

Background & Training:

Prof. Moroz completed Fellowship training in advanced Liver Surgery at St George Hospital in Sydeny and has a particular interest is in the treatment of benign and malignant liver and biliary lesions. Prof. Moroz offers a comprehensive assessment and workup of any hepatobiliary lesion, and can provide management including open and laparoscopic liver resection.

Prof. Moroz also holds a PhD from the University in Western Australia in the field of liver cancer and has been published widely in this area. He is involved in cutting edge research into novel treatments for liver tumours and so can assess patients for the most up to date treatments available for any liver lesion.
