PROF THOMAS J HUGH

Professor Hugh is a General surgeon with an interest in Upper GI Surgery and surgery of the liver and gallbladder. He undertakes a broad range of both open and laparoscopic (Keyhole) procedures but mainly performs laparoscopic cholecystectomy (for gallstones or gallbladder polyps), liver resections (mostly for malignant tumours), repair of inguinal, umbilical and incisional hernias, and laparoscopic splenectomy.
