About
Professor Vertullo was educated and raised on the Gold Coast and attended Medical School at the University of Queensland, undertaking his Orthopaedic training in Queensland.
After completion of his surgical training and becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, he undertook further training during 2000 and 2001 at University of Toronto and at Duke University. Prof Vertullo is Past President of the Australian Knee Society and Director / Treasurer of the Australian Orthopaedic Association.
Prof Vertullo has a strong interest in research and is currently undertaking many studies involving knee surgery.
