Professor Michael Stowasser has particular interest in: careful assessment of severity of hypertension including home and ambulatory monitoring and investigations seeking evidence of cardiovascular and renal target organ damage; diagnosis and management of secondary, endocrine forms of hypertension including primary aldosteronism, renovascular hypertension and phaeochromocytoma; management of resistant hypertension; investigation and management of adrenal mass lesions.
