About
Sheree is a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar with several years' experience in both individual and group therapy. Having started her psychology journey overseas she is very excited to be home, living and working on Dharawal Country. She is also completing a Clinical Psychology Masters/PhD at University of Wollongong with a research focus on loneliness and interpersonal connection.
Sheree is available to see clients of any gender from age 12 and up. Her treatment focuses include, but are not limited to, anxiety, OCD, depression, PTSD and complex trauma. She is particularly passionate about women's mental health and has a special interest in supporting people navigating their fertility journey. Depending on the client's needs and preferences, Sheree's therapeutic approach draws on several evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and motivational interviewing.
In her free time Sheree does her best to practice what she preaches - engaging in activities she enjoys just because she can. These activities include hiking, swimming, knitting, watching (too much) tv, spending time with family and friends, and dancing in supermarket aisles.
