Vanessa Bailey

Vanessa is a psychologist who has extensive training and experience in the assessment, prevention and treatment of a wide variety of personal and mental health issues. 

Her approach to treatment is idiographic; working collaboratively with her clients and tailoring interventions to suit the unique circumstances of each case.

Vanessa works predominantly within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework and also incorporates her knowledge of Dialectical Behaviour
Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy when appropriate.

A warm and compassionate Clinical psychologist, Vanessa is committed to achieving the best outcomes for her clients, providing quality services which are cost effective and well validated through research.

Vanessa provides psychological care to adults (18yrs +).
