Ensures theatres have sterile instruments for operations

What motivates you and why?

Seeing everything run smoothly. I feel that then I give my very best for my team.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

I would love to learn how to fix machines (the equipment) and learn how they all work.

What does the Year of Health and Care Workers mean to you?

It means a lot to me knowing we all have a vital role within the workplace and the community

What would you say to inspire future generations of workers in health care?

It may seem hard at the start but it’s worth seeing how many people you help. Here at Dudley we are “Working Together, helping people live their best lives!”
