Dr Yanez Peerbaccus is a dual trained specialist Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist and General Medicine physician with extensive training in general gastroenterology, inflammatory bowel disease, motility disorders and functional disorders.

Dr Peerbaccus completed his medical training at the University of Cape in South Africa and graduated with a MBChB degree in 2005. Dr Peerbaccus relocated to New Zealand in 2007 and completed his advanced training in Auckland. He was awarded his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physician in 2018. He has received extensive training in general gastroenterology, inflammatory bowel disease, liver diseases, motility disorders and functional disorders.
