Dr. Kang is a Specialist Pain Medicine Physician with a comprehensive background in both anesthetics and pain management. He completed his medical degree and anaesthetic training in New Zealand, followed by a fellowship in the UK. Dr. Kang has gained extensive experience working in both private and public anesthesia in the greater Brisbane area.

After spending several years as an anesthetist, Dr. Kang developed a passion for the multidisciplinary care of pain patients and this led him to further his training as a pain specialist. Currently, he practices at Brisbane Rehab, where he integrates various therapeutic modalities, including interventional pain techniques, to provide personalized and empathetic care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Dr. Kang is deeply committed to helping manage pain and improving the quality of life for his patients through evidence-based practices and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Kang enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his two young children, in Brisbane. He particularly enjoys snow sports and cherishing family moments.
