A graduate with Honours from the University of Western Australia in 2000, Paul began his medical journey with residency at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth. In 2006, he was selected for the Advanced Training Program in Orthopaedic Surgery in Western Australia, marking a pivotal point in his specialisation. After successful completion, he earned fellowship status with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and the Australian Orthopaedic Association.
In 2010, Dr. Khoo commenced his practice as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, further contributing to the healthcare landscape in WA.
