Mr Saluja is a Specialist Urological Surgeon with a special interest in Endourology, oncology, robotic Surgery, specialised stone procedures and stone prevention. Manmeet is passionate about patient care and enjoys spending time with each patient. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi he ensures effective communication with a diverse patient population. As a keen academic, he is regularly involved in training medical students and urological trainees. He is widely published and has won several awards and scholarships for academia and research. Manmeet is also enthusiastic about voluntary and third world medicine and is heavily involved in overseas aid projects and health camps.

Background & Training

Originally born in India, Manmeet (Manny) completed his undergraduate medical training at Otago University, New Zealand, and his FRACS urology training in New Zealand, Victoria and Queensland. He undertook additional fellowship training in endourology and oncology at Auckland Hospital, followed by robotic surgery at Greenslopes Hospital in Brisbane.  Manny is active in teaching urology trainees as well as those from other specialties and is also available to assist general practices with education/updates on diagnosis, management and surgery for patients. He is happy to visit practices by arrangement for group discussions on various topics.
