She has experience using CBT, DBT, and ACT, solution-focused therapy, schema therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness approaches. Nooria is SIRA registered and assists her clients to deal with workplace difficulties, which can also include interpersonal adjustment, grief and pain management. She also speaks several languages, including Urdu/Hindi, Punjabi and English.
