Ramsay Psychology South Melbourne
Anda has completed a doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of Montreal in Canada. Anda aims to accompany each patient through their therapy process by assisting them in constructing meaning and finding compassion for their emotional struggles, their successes and feelings of failure, their dreams and fears. Often, this naturally leads to a gradual relief from debilitating symptoms. Anda has over 15 years’ experience working with people suffering from depression, anxiety, perinatal mental health difficulties, PTSD and personality disorders. She uses evidence-based treatments, primarily rooted in a psychodynamic and systemic understanding of a person’s functioning, complemented with CBT, mindfulness and solution-focused techniques.
