Dr Arup Ghoshal  is a Cardiologist with experience in general cardiology, diagnostic angiography, right heart study, and interventional procedures (stents, FFR & intracoronary imaging).

 After completing his basic medical degree (MBBS) in India Dr Ghoshal completed his Cardiology training in Australia at Prince Charles Gold Coast and Townsville Hospitals and obtained his Fellowship from the Royal Australian College of Physicians. He then completed two years of fellowship in Interventional Cardiology in Canada.

 For the last three years, Dr Ghoshal worked at the Mater Rockhampton and played an important role in commencing the interventional cardiology services there. Dr Ghoshal has now joined Dr Paul West at the Ipswich practice – West Medical Pty Ltd.

 Dr Ghoshal consults in Ipswich, has a clinic in Warwick once a month, and consults  for inpatients at St Andrew's Ipswich Private Hospital. 

He performs diagnostic cardiac tests at Ipswich Hearts. 

 Dr Ghoshal is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand.
