Dr. Titus Kwok is a General Surgeon with interests in upper gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary surgery including the management of pancreatic conditions. He is dedicated to providing individualised, prompt and thorough care.
After completing the medical degree from the University of New South Wales, he undertook five years of general surgical training in a wide range of rural and metropolitan hospitals where he gained extensive experience in elective and emergency general surgical conditions and was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
To continue his pursuit of advanced training on pancreatic and liver surgery, Dr. Kwok was accepted into a two-year post-fellowship program accredited by the Australia and New Zealand Hepatic, Pancreatic and Biliary Association, an organisation that governs the highest standard of hepatobiliary training in Australia.
Dr. Kwok spent his first year at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne focusing on endoscopic management of biliary and pancreatic stones followed by training in complex pancreatic and liver procedures at the Prince of Wales Hospital Sydney, which has the highest volume of pancreatic tumours cases in the country. During these two years, Dr. Kwok also had extensive training in minimally invasive stomach and oesophagus procedures including sleeve gastrectomy and gastrointestinal by-pass procedures.
